 Hella Helles • Munich-Style Lager • 5.0%

One of Co-owner Brad’s favorite styles of beer, this unfiltered Helles is bright golden in color with light malty sweetness, stemming from Vienna and Munich malt. Hella Helles is hella balanced, hella drinkable and, you guessed it, hella satisfying. Notes of fresh bread and hints of citrus.

Pairs well with California dreaming.


Apricot Provincial • Sour Ale Brewed with Apricot • 4.2%

Sour Ale Brewed with Apricot. Provincial is our sessionable Belgian-style sour ale brewed utilizing a unique 24-hour warm souring technique using lactobacillus in the wort. We fermented with a Belgian wheat yeast strain famous for fruity flavors and a dry finish, making it the perfect complement to fruit. This delightfully tart fruit beer is refreshing, with a citrusy apricot aroma that transitions into a subtly sweet and tart finish. Notes of lemon zest and apricots.

Pairs well with pretending to go to the gym.


Hop Climber Provincial • Dry-Hopped Belgian-Style Sour • 4.2% 

This light bodied Belgian sour is a refreshingly delicious union of the floral flavors and aromas of hoppy beers combined with the succulent tartness of a sour. Carefully selected hops contribute to the bright tropical fruit characteristics making this light, sessionable sour ale, sunshine in a bottle. Notes of lemon and floral aromas. 

Pairs well with being clingy.


Passion Fruit Provincial • Sour Ale Brewed with Passion Fruit • 4.2% 

This beer is full of tropical fruit flavors and bright aromatics. Beginning with our light, sessionable, sour ale, we added a hefty dose of passion fruit to play off of our Belgian yeast’s naturally occurring fruity esters and contribute additional tartness. Transport yourself to sunny days and good times with this tropical, refreshing beer. Notes of mango and tart citrus.

Pairs well with spicing things up.


  Whack & Unwrap • New England-Style IPA • 6.2%

Collaboration with Jessup Farm Barrel House, this beer was brewed for the 2019 Collaboration Festival – a haze-less New England-style IPA brewed with Galaxy and Lotus hops, conditioned on Ghanan cacao nibs and husks from Nuance chocolate. Light notes of orange, pine and chocolate. 

Pairs well with post-Christmas debt.


Milk Money • Dark Belgian Ale • 4.4%

This dark, malt-forward, Belgian beer accentuates all the roasty characteristics you crave from a stout. The addition of lactose imparts a creamy mouthfeel and the use of Belgian yeast makes for a dry and slightly fruity finish. Notes of roasty chocolate.

Pairs poorly with bullies.
