One of Co-owner Brad’s favorite styles of beer, this unfiltered Helles is bright golden in color with light malty sweetness, stemming from Vienna and Munich malt. Hella Helles is hella balanced, hella drinkable and, you guessed it, hella satisfying. Notes of fresh bread and hints of citrus.

Quick-Wit Wheat • American-Style Wheat Ale • 4.2%
For this special wheat variation, we took the non-sour portion of our Provincial base and fermented it with American Ale yeast (yes, that’s right, American Ale yeast!) and then dry-hopped the heck out of it with an abundant amount of both Citra, and Amarillo hops. Quick-Wit Wheat is light and easy drinking, with just the right amount of haze left to linger on your palette. Notes of lemon peel and fresh cut grass.
Pairs well with dry humor.
