Hella Helles • Munich-Style Lager • 5.0%

One of Co-owner Brad’s favorite styles of beer, this unfiltered Helles is bright golden in color with light malty sweetness, stemming from Vienna and Munich malt. Hella Helles is hella balanced, hella drinkable and, you guessed it, hella satisfying. Notes of fresh bread and hints of citrus.

Pairs well with California dreaming.

Pineapple Guava Provincial • Sour Ale with Pineapple & Guava • 4.2%

This fruited sour ale is tropical paradise in a glass! With generous amounts of pineapple and guava and a lightly tart and crisp taste, this beer is sure to please. Grab your sunglasses and head out into the sunshine with our PG Provincial, no parental guidance needed. Notes of fresh pineapple and juicy guava.

Pairs well with reapplying sunscreen.

Rhuberry Provincial • Sour Ale with Strawberries & Rhubarb • 4.2%

Rhuberry Provincial combines freshly picked rhubarb with bright, juicy strawberries to create a tart, fruity, and sessionable sour ale. This beer is the pie-fect libation for any season. One sip and you’ll be transported back in time to your grandma’s porch swing while aromas of cooling pie waft around you in the warm breeze. Notes of ripe strawberries and tart rhubarb.

Pairs well with cheek pinches.

Southern Passion Saison • Hoppy Saison Ale • 7.1

We dry-hopped the heck out of this Saison with South African Southern Passion hops. The fruity aromas will dominate, yet blend well with the spicy yeast aromas. Brace your palates Saison fans, you’re in for a treat. Notes of passionfruit and guava.

Pairs well with romance novels.

Chandler Tripel • Belgian-Style Tripel Ale • 9.2

It all started innocently enough: drinking strange beers smuggled back to the States from friends’ cycling trips to Belgium. One thing led to another, and another, and… let’s just say we’re in pretty deep now. No longer content just to drink other’s product, we’ve gone ahead and brewed our own. We’re a little obsessed, and we hope you can taste it. Notes of orange peel, chamomile, and elderflower.

Pairs poorly with Janice.
