Blueberry Provincial • Sour Ale Brewed with Blueberries • 4.2%

An addition to our growing Provincial Family, Blueberry Provincial spawned from the massive adoration of Raspberry Provincial and is another sessionable Belgian-style sour ale brewed utilizing a unique 24-hour warm souring technique using lactobacillus in the wort. The addition of massive amounts of blueberry purée translates into an amazingly tart and juicy beer we are berry thankful for. Notes of lemon and tart blueberries.

Pairs well with Violet Beauregarde.



Helles Ya! • German-Style Helles Lager • 6.0%

One of co-owner, Brad's favorite indulgences is a tall, refreshing, golden German-style lager. We decided to feed into his cravings and brewed him a batch of cold, crisp, helles lager. As the name Helles (German for light) indicates, this beer is bright golden color with light malty sweetness and a mild citrus happiness stemming from Saphir hops. A cheers and a "Helles Ya!" is called for when imbibing this beer.

Notes of biscuits and tangerine citrus.


 

Soursop Provincial •  Sour Ale Brewed with Soursop & Tangerine • 4.2%

Soursop is an exotic fruit native to the Caribbean and Central America. It has an intimidating spiky, bright green skin, and a subtly sweet yet sour flavor. Massive amounts of soursop and just a kiss of tangerine were added to this tart beer to contribute creamy tropical and bold citrus flavors. Slightly hazy and yellow in color, this beer is unlike any other Provincial we have brewed before! Notes of tangerine, lemon, and a hint of pineapple.

Pairs well with trying new things.

Hop Climber Provincial • Dry-Hopped Belgian-Style Sour • 4.2%

This light bodied Belgian sour is a refreshingly delicious union of the floral flavors and aromas of hoppy beers combined with the succulent tartness of a sour. Carefully selected hops contribute to the bright tropical fruit characteristics making this light, sessionable sour ale, sunshine in a bottle.

Pairs well with being clingy.



Opalescence • Belgian-Style Saison Ale • 5.6%

This collaboration is a literal combination of culture, as we blended Firestone Walker Brewing Company’s Saison yeast culture with our own house yeast culture to create this effervescent and light Saison. Lighter in color and body than our flagship, this Saison is the perfect beer to channel California’s perfect weather any time. Notes of tropic fruit, a hint of spice, and friendship.

Saison d'Brett • Foudre Barrel-Aged Saison Ale • 7.0%

Saison d'Brett is a batch of our Flagship Saison aged in our 800 gallon foudre. The oak from the foudre complements the fruit and spice flavors from the saison yeast as well as the funkiness contributed by the addition of brettanomyces yeast. Notes of passion fruit, tangerine, subtle spices, and just a hint of oak. 

Pairs well with dramatic entrances.



Saison d'Houblon • Hoppy Saison Ale • 5.9%

This hoppy Saison is full of bright citrus flavors that stem from abundant dry hop additions while allowing our house Saison yeast’s natural spice characteristics and fruity esters to shine through. This easy-drinking beer will satiate your hop cravings without overwhelming your palate with bitterness. Notes of lemon, tangerine, and a hint of crisp melon. 

Pairs well with backing away slowly.



Deceit • Belgian-Style Golden Ale • 8.5%

Inspired by Belgian Tripels and Golden ales, this Belgian-Style Golden Ale is deceptively palatable as the alcohol percentage is masked by complex characteristics introduced by our unique Belgian yeast strain. This Gold-Medal winning beer is full of pleasant fruit notes that carry the beer to a dry finish that will leave you begging for more. Notes of pineapple, pear, citrus and a slight spice that compliments the citrus notes.

Pairs well with half-hearted apologies.

Saison d'Brett • Foudre-Aged Saison Ale with Brettanomyces • 7.0%

This crisp, dry, saison was aged for six months in our 800 gallon oak foudre. The fruity aromas and spice flavors are derived from the brettanomyces and wild yeast previously inoculated inside the foudre. Warming flavors of ripened fruit and funky brett contribute to this beer’s bright complexity. Notes of fresh pineapple, tropical fruit, and wet hay.

Pairs well with dramatic entrances.



White • Belgian-Style Wheat Ale with Spices • 4.8%

Rooted in Belgian tradition, this refreshing wheat ale, or witbier, is our interpretation of a classic style. Its hazy pale color and creamy white head result from the ample amounts of wheat used in the recipe. The addition of raw oats contributes to a smooth mouthfeel while the Belgian yeast imparts a complex yet dry finish. Notes of orange zest and lemon with hints of spice.

Pairs well with secret handshakes.
