This hoppy Saison is full of bright citrus flavors that stem from abundant dry hop additions while allowing our house Saison yeast’s natural spice characteristics and fruity esters to shine through. This easy-drinking beer will satiate your hop cravings without overwhelming your palate with bitterness.

Notes of lemon, tangerine, and a hint of crisp melon.

Dry Hopped Provincial 

Style: Belgian-Style Sour Ale 

ABV: 4.2%

What happens when you combine a sessionable sour beer with a healthy dose of fruit forward hops? Dry Hopped Provincial is a wonderfully delicious combination of the floral flavor and aroma of hoppy beers with the succulent tartness of a sour. Specifically selected hops to contribute to the musky tropical fruit characteristics, making it a perfect beer to enjoy on a hot summer day or on a cool fall evening. 

Notes of citrus with floral aromas.

Blueberry Provincial

Style: Sour Ale Brewed with Blueberries

ABV: 4.2%

An addition to our growing Provincial Family, Blueberry Provincial spawned from the massive adoration of Raspberry Provincial and is another sessionable Belgian-style sour ale brewed utilizing a unique 24-hour warm souring technique using lactobacillus in the wort. The addition of massive amounts of blueberry purée translates into an amazingly tart and juicy beer we are berry thankful for.

Notes of lemon and tart blueberries.

Pairs well with Violet Beauregarde.

Saison d'Brett 

Style: Foudre Barrel-Aged Saison Ale

ABV: 7.0%

Saison d'Brett is a batch of our Flagship Saison aged in our 800 gallon foudre. The oak from the foudre complements the fruit and spice flavors from the saison yeast as well as the funkiness contributed by the addition of brettanomyces yeast. 

Notes of passion fruit, tangerine, subtle spices, and just a hint of oak. 

Pairs well with dramatic entrances.

Saison d'Brett 

Style: Foudre-Aged Saison Ale with Brettanomyces

ABV: 7.0%

This crisp, dry, saison was aged for six months in our 800 gallon oak foudre. The fruity aromas and spice flavors are derived from the brettanomyces and wild yeast previously inoculated inside the foudre. Warming flavors of ripened fruit and funky brett contribute to this beer’s bright complexity.

Notes of fresh pineapple, tropical fruit, and wet hay.

Pairs well with dramatic entrances.
