Returns:
Funkwerks accepts returns of defective, ill-fitting, or unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase, provided the merchandise has not been altered, worn, or washed and is in its original packaging.
We will gladly replace the merchandise or refund the purchaser’s credit card as long as the original packing slip or order confirmation is included with the returned merchandise and is shipped back in its original packaging. In the case that the original packing slip or order confirmation is not included with the returned merchandise, Funkwerks, at its discretion, will replace the merchandise or refund the customer's purchasing credit card.
Exchanges:
If you wish to simply exchange apparel for a different size, please follow the directions below and we will send you the new size as soon as we receive the original item. If the item you’d like to exchange is no longer available in the size you are requesting we will respond with options of comparable items to choose from or process your exchange as a return.
To start a return or exchange:
Promptly email us at feedback@funkwerks.com. Please include your order #, name, and the email address you used at checkout. If your case fits within our return or exchange policy, we will send you a shipping label to use to mail your purchase back to us.
