RASPBERRY PROVINCIAL • Sour Ale Brewed with Raspberries • 4.2%
BRIGHT • TART • JUICY
This delicious creation was truly a product of creativity, ingenuity, and luck. In the summer of 2013 we took a test batch of our sessionable sour summer ale, Provincial, that didn’t quite hit gravity and decided to have some fun with it by adding a heavy dose of raspberries. The end result was so delicious, we ended up brewing it year-round. This delightfully tart fruit beer is refreshing, with a citrusy berry aroma which transitions to a subtly sweet and tart finish. Notes of lemon zest and tart raspberries.
Pairs well with day drinking.

TROPIC KING • Imperial Saison • 8.0%
MANGO • PEPPER • GINGER
Originally designed to be a hoppier version of our flagship Saison, the accidental (but fortuitous) addition of two extra bags of Munich malt balanced out the hop bitterness leaving us this very unique beer. Tropic King bursts with fruity tropical characteristics from the use of New Zealand hop varietals. This beer is a flavor extravaganza that has developed a loyal following. Notes of passion fruit, mango, pepper, and ginger.
Pairs well with hula hooping.
PINEAPPLE PROVINCIAL • Sour Ale Brewed with Pineapples • 4.2%
TROPICAL • TART • FUNKY
Pineapple Provincial is good for more than just alliteration; it’s a tart, light-bodied, tropical beer that gives Apricot and Raspberry Provincial a run for their money. Our line of sessionable Belgian-style sour ales are brewed utilizing a unique 24-hour warm souring technique using lactobacillus in the wort. We ferment with a Belgian yeast strain famous for fruity flavors and a dry finish, making it the perfect complement to fruit. Notes of lemon zest and pineapple.
Pairs well with tiny paper umbrellas.
