- A $30 keg deposit is required upon purchase and will be refunded when you return the keg shell.
- We do not supply keg taps.
- We recommend keeping your keg between 33° and 35° degrees.
- A 1/6 bbl keg is 5.2 gallons and pours approximately 53 12-ounce servings.
- A 1/2 bbl keg is 15.5 gallons and pours approximately 164 12-ounce servings.

SAISON • 6.8% ABV • Belgian-Style Saison Ale
Our flagship Saison Born from a series of test batches begun in Gordon Schuck’s backyard. 2012 Great American Beer Festival gold medal-winning Saison. Passion fruit, tangerine, lemon verbena, ginger and black pepper. Pairs well with high-fives.
TROPIC KING • 8.0% ABV • Imperial Saison
Originally designed to be a hoppier version of our flagship Saison, the accidental (but fortuitous) addition of two extra bags of Munich malt balanced the hop leaving us this very unique Imperial Saison. Notes of passion fruit, mango, peach, ginger and pepper. Pairs well with hula hooping.
RASPBERRY PROVINCIAL • 4.2% ABV • Sour Ale Brewed with Raspberries
This delicious creation was truly a product of creativity, ingenuity, and luck. In the summer of 2013 we took a test batch of our sessionable sour summer ale, Provincial, that didn’t quite hit gravity and decided to have some fun with it by adding a heavy dose of raspberries. The end result was so delicious, we ended up brewing it year-round. This delightfully tart fruit beer is refreshing, with a citrusy berry aroma which transitions to a subtly sweet and tart finish. Notes of lemon zest and tart raspberries. Pairs well with day drinking.
PINEAPPLE GUAVA PROVINCIAL • 4.2% ABV • Sour Ale Brewed with Pineapple and Guava
This fruited sour ale is tropical paradise in a glass! With generous amounts of pineapple and guava and a lightly tart and crisp taste, this beer is sure to please. Grab your sunglasses and head out into the sunshine with our PG Provincial, no parental guidance needed. Notes of fresh pineapple and juicy guava. Pairs well with reapplying sunscreen.

SYRAH RESERVE • 9.5% ABV • Barrel-Aged Saison Ale with Syrah Grapes
This experimental saison’s bright carbonation and unique flavor will excite both wine and beer drinkers alike. During fermentation, we added 15 gallons of freshly crushed Syrah grape skins, seeds, and stems which contribute notes of sweet black cherries and juicy, tart currants. The beer’s lengthy rest in neutral oak barrels imparts subtle notes of fresh wood and leaves a pleasant tannic dryness on your palate. Notes of red wine tannins and oak. Pairs well with your uncle who drinks too much red wine at Thanksgiving.
WILD #2 • 8.2% ABV • Foudre-Aged Wild Ale
For the second batch of this funky, wild ale, we really took our time. We aged this crisp, dry ale for 9 months in our 800-gallon oak foudre. Inside this barrel, the resident brettanomyces went to werk deep in the wood grain to help develop complex tropical and fruity flavors. Our house yeast's bright spice notes shine through, giving Wild #2 a trifecta of untamed flavor for your tastebuds. Notes of tropical fruit and just a hint of oak. Pairs well with mullets.
OUD BRUIN • 7.1% ABV • Barrel-Aged Belgian-Style Sour Ale
This traditional Flemish-style sour was produced from a blend of beers aged for a range of up to two years in a variety of oak barrels. Long and slow fermentation with a blend of Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, and other sour cultures contribute the characteristically tart flavor. Notes of black cherry, raisin, and a hint of dark chocolate. Pairs well with bear hugs.
BARREL-AGED TROPIC KING • 9.0% ABV • Whiskey Barrel-Aged Imperial Saison
For this special release of our beloved imperial saison, we aged a small batch of Tropic King in neutral oak whiskey barrels just shy of two years, making it more royal and regal than ever before. Proper kings require copious amounts of rest, you know. . . During its time in barrels, the very-present hop character mellowed drastically, while the malt profile was able to develop and deepen, adding notes of ripe stone fruit and rich oak complexity. With just a hint of whiskey on the nose and an elevated alcohol content, this beer is a complex sipper meant for a luxurious experience. #funkykingstyle Notes of stone fruit and whiskey. Pairs well with draping yourself in velvet.
